Project Cancellation: If a project is canceled by either party before significant work has begun, a partial refund may be issued, deducting any applicable administrative fees.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of Mind: Once a project has commenced, and work has been initiated, refunds will not be provided for changes in personal preferences or decisions.
Completed Services: Services that have been fully rendered and delivered are non-refundable.
Delays Beyond Our Control: Delays caused by third-party services, client-side issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.
